"I was growing out my hair in preparation for my wedding when my colleague noticed the length and suggested that i consider hair donation after my big day (she was growing out her hair for donation at that time too).
"I just wanted to do something for someone beyond just donating money during the time my dad was very ill. So I decided to leave my hair untouched for 6 months. I'm really glad it got accepted."
