Something interesting I saw on my way to work this morning. A rag and bone man 'snatching business’ from some school students, the middle aged man claims that he does better in saving the environment. Though both may seems to be doing the same thing, they are not. So who would you give your old newspaper to? The rag and bone man or those students?
