On Saturday, we had our second volunteers meeting, four of our donor-volunteers attended. Other than a run-through of what we and our volunteers are doing, we again let this new batch of volunteers to have some hands-on on the tidying of ponytails after we received them.
We have another mass donations from Malaysia brought in by Denise. These ponytails were collected from a salon in Malaysia, but sad to say that not all are usable. More details on this mass donations in our later post.
Thank you all again for coming down. Next meeting will have some important issue to discuss.
This is Marsha, she is trying out her hand on the handling of hair without any rubber band securing it. It's a totally new experience for even for someone who has been tying their own hair for years. She did well, but it's just the beginning.
