Sonya and Fei Ling's Donation

"Sonya loves her long hair and would not cut her hair short. Though I have always trim it to keep it tidy and manageable.

We just read a story about a little girl who lost her hair due to cancer treatment when I read an article about hair donation.

When I told Sonya that we could donate our hair to make a wig for cancer patient, I was pleasantly surprised that Sonya immediately supported the idea.

We determined to do it together and kept it long enough for the donation. What a determination as managing such a length is such a challenge for a 7-year-old! We are very glad that we could help..."
